At Mountaineers Books, I designed and typeset titles across the Day Hiking, Urban Trails, and Nature of series.

Nature of Portland and Nature of Bend were self-published works before being acquired by Mountaineers Books in 2024. I redesigned their covers to create a more modern, eye-catching package and refreshed the page layout to improve clarity and consistency.
Urban Trails and Day Hiking are established series, governed by detailed templates and design guidelines. Working within these systems, I carefully laid out imagery and text for 50–100 hikes per title.
